What is included in your half-day menopause clinic?
The clinic will consist of a menopause webinar followed by the opportunity for 5 employees to have a 30 minute 1-1 session with the menopause expert.
The webinar will raise awareness of the impact of perimenopause/menopause on women in the workplace by giving an overview of symptoms, treatments, and how organisations, managers, and colleagues can help. There will also be time for Q&A.
The 1-1 sessions will allow employees to gain personal support in a more confidential and private setting.
