myTamarin employee benefits is an inclusive service that supports employees across six critical life stages: fertility, pregnancy loss, early parenthood, childcare, menopause, and elder care. Historically, individuals from both genders have leveraged our one-on-one expert consultations.
While women are often the primary target audience, it's important to note that one-third of infertility is male factor (one-third is female, and one-third is unknown), that men also access support with early parenthood and childcare, and they also experience family members needing support with elder care.
Although pregnancy loss and menopause may not directly impact male employees, they can book sessions for their partners and join consultations to better understand how to support them. Male managers also use the service to find out how to support team members going through any of these life stages.
Partners of employees with myTamarin’s benefits are also eligible to leverage our services and book in consultations.
